Brandy Burkett PhD
Brandy is an American Council on Exercise Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Yoga Instructor. Brandy enjoys a Hatha Vinyasa style of yoga where poses are linked to flow together and held to build balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility. She also completed training to become a Level 1 Trainer for the TRX Suspension Training System. Brandy enjoys motivating individuals to help reach their goals. In her off time, Brandy enjoys training in martial arts at Bushin Martial Arts Academy of Richmond.
Stephanie Harboe RRCA-level 1, CPT
Stephanie provides knowledge and experience to athletes to extract their highest potential to achieve goals. She has a passion for teaching athletes the 'why-ology" of running, taking time to answer the what, when, why, and how of endurance training and racing. Stephanie combines her passion for running and endurance-based strength training background to elicit the best from her athletes. As an Army spouse and mother of three children, Stephanie understands the complicated dynamics of balancing training with life.
Kate Langbehn MS, RDN, CPT, Pn1
Kate has been working as a registered dietitian in various settings for nearly 20 years. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and earned the Precision Nutrition Health Coach Certification in Exercise and Sport Nutrition, as well as certificates of training in childhood, adolescent, and adult weight management. Currently, Kate resides in Williamsburg, Virginia with her husband and daughter.
