Brandy Burkett PhD
Brandy is an American Council on Exercise Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Yoga Instructor. Brandy enjoys a Hatha Vinyasa style of yoga where poses are linked to flow together and held to build balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility. She also completed training to become a Level 1 Trainer for the TRX Suspension Training System. Brandy enjoys motivating individuals to help reach their goals. In her off time, Brandy enjoys training in martial arts at Bushin Martial Arts Academy of Richmond.

Terri is a level one Crossfit Coach. Her personal fitness journey began with Crossfit, but quickly evolved into a love for coaching and personal training. She has a passion for all types of progress, strength training, power lifting, and weight loss.
Rachel Nicely CPT, PN-L1
Rachel is a graduate from Radford University where she obtained her B.S in Exercise and Health Education. In addition to her time at Radford, she hold’s her personal training certificate through the American Council on Exercise. Linzie Dente CF-L1
Linzie Dente is a versatile athlete and coach. She is now in her 4th year as a crossfit coach. She grew up playing competitive soccer and ended her career playing semi pro in Richmond. "Growing up I had a strong passion in sports and wanted to be the best I could at everything, I think this is why I fell in love with Crossfit. I learned that failure builds weaknesses." Linzie strives to help others achieve their goals. "I think the most rewarding part of coaching is seeing an athletes body and mind transform."
Elena, an active mom of two energetic boys, ballroom dancer, yoga lover and fitness motivator: "I've been active my whole life, dancing, taking group fitness classes, practicing yoga, and found a true passion in weightlifting 3 years ago. Bodybuilding has become a huge source of personal growth and self-confidence for me. It helped me become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. I can share my love and passion for fitness and active lifestyle with the community. Let's get fit together!"
