Brandy Burkett
Brandy is an American Council on Exercise Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Yoga Instructor. Brandy enjoys a Hatha Vinyasa style of yoga where poses are linked to flow together and held to build balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility. She also completed training to become a Level 1 Trainer for the TRX Suspension Training System. Brandy enjoys motivating individuals to help reach their goals. In her off time, Brandy enjoys training in martial arts at Bushin Martial Arts Academy of Richmond.

Meghan Cox
Meghan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who helps coach our Women’s Empowerment class. She is also an EMT, so she always makes sure that the class is as safe as it is fun. Meghan is happy to be a part of our fitness community and is always up for a conversation about the latest fitness news and trends.

Maggie Fox
As a registered nurse with a focus on preventive care, Maggie is dedicated to empowering individuals to take charge of their health. She combines her medical expertise with her passion for fitness as a personal trainer, helping clients achieve their wellness goals through tailored fitness programs and lifestyle modifications. In her free time you can find her hiking the trails, working in the garden, or spending quality time with family.

Brandon Johnson
Brandon is a seasoned coach with 22 years of experience, specializing in working with a diverse range of ages and skill levels. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Kinesiology and is a former college athlete, who also has coaching experience at the collegiate level.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, training for distance running, seeking general fitness improvements, or looking to enhance your athletic skills, Brandon is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is passionate about his family, which includes his wife, daughter, and their 13 beloved dogs and cats.

Terri’s mission is to empower women of all ages by giving them the tools they need to achieve their health & fitness goals. She takes pride in creating an environment that promotes confidence and self-worth. Terri has a passion for group fitness, weight loss, and strength training.

David spends his days coaching clients to their fitness goals. In his time off he loves to compete in endurance sports.
